• Administer Jira, Confluence, JSM, Statuspage, and Atlassian Goals.
• Design workflows and automation in Jira at scale.
• Partner with IT on add-ons and integrations (identity, CI/CD).
• Governance and documentation for data integrity and security.
• User support and SLAs with troubleshooting.

???? Requirements

• 3+ years as Atlassian Administrator in enterprise.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related.
• Certifications: Jira/Confluence/JSM Admin preferred.
• JQL, advanced reporting, and designing schemes for large user bases.
• Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall knowledge.
• Groovy/Python scripting for automations is a plus.
