We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chinese Chef

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilties

Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks efficiently
Prepare and cook a variety of chinese dishes to high standards.
Develop and test new recipes to enhance the menu
Maintain cleanliness , hygience and food safety standard in accordance with company policies
Prepare and cook a wide variety of authentic chinese dishes, including sichuan, cantonese, hunan and other regional specialties

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 5 years experience.

Skills:

Food safety
Inventory Management.
Food presentation
Menu development
Chinese cooking techniques
Knife skills

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
