About the Job


  • The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for driving operational excellence across ISN Medical’s core business functions, ensuring efficient delivery of products and services while enabling sustainable growth and superior customer experience.
  • The role requires a strategic leader who can balance immediate operational demands with long-term transformation, particularly within a regulated healthcare and medical equipment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor operations across Supply Chain (Demand & Supply Planning, Regulatory Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Logistics), Sales Operations, and Customer Experience
  • Ensure seamless integration and efficiency across all operational functions to support business objectives
  • Drive excellence in supply chain performance and customer experience delivery
  • Translate corporate strategy into clear, actionable operational execution plans
  • Balance short-term operational priorities with long-term strategic growth initiatives
  • Drive business growth, market expansion, and operational scalability across diverse markets
  • Ensure full adherence to ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485) and regulatory requirements
  • Anticipate and respond to industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements
  • Drive data-driven decision-making, leveraging dashboards and operational analytics
  • Optimize inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and distribution efficiency
  • Ensure operational resilience in delivering medical products and services in regulated environments
  • Partner with Sales leadership to drive revenue growth, pricing optimization, and margin improvement
  • Establish and monitor performance frameworks (KPIs, OKRs, SLAs) across all operational units
  • Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams across operations
  • Drive leadership development, capability building, and succession planning
  • Ensure alignment between operational execution and commercial objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) for Bachelor’s degree holders or Upper Credit for HND holders is required.
  • 14 –20+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership, with at least 8 years at senior or executive management level (Director/GM/VP level).
  • A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Management (ISO 13485), or Project Management are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-functional operations and P&L. Experience working in Healthcare, medical diagnostics, medical equipment, pharma or regulated environments and dealing with OEM partners
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, margin improvement, operational scale, and customer experience excellence.
