Job Title: CEO Force Multiplier - Business Operations and Growth

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Role Summary

• The successful candidate will serve as a strategic execution partner, working directly with an entrepreneurial founder to translate vision and high-level decisions into coordinated organizational action.
• This is not a traditional Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare decision briefs and progress reports; represent the CEO when authorized.
• Work across physical spaces/retail stores and travel locally or internationally as needed.
• Identify business bottlenecks and implement practical, data-driven solutions.
• Follow up with department heads and teams to drive cross-functional performance.
• Turn CEO priorities into clear action plans, deadlines, and tracked deliverables.
• Support high-level business development, partnerships, and expansion goals.

Requirements

• Capable of advising, constructively challenging ideas, and making data-backed recommendations.
• Mid-level experience in business operations, project execution, BD, or strategy implementation.
• Comfortable working directly with an active, highly involved founder.
• Exceptional judgment, absolute discretion, and robust problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational coordination skills with the confidence to hold senior leaders accountable.
• Ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking with sharp, hands-on execution.
