Job Summary

• We're seeking a Category Manager to manage assigned product categories, optimize product assortment, and drive business growth.
• You'll develop category strategies, build strong supplier relationships, analyze market trends, and improve category performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product categories to maximize sales and profitability.
• Forecast demand and monitor stock levels.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best products and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve category performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Category Management or a similar role.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer electronics is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of category management and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary
N350,000 – N390,000 per month.
