Description

• The Call Centre Team Lead is responsible for supervising and supporting call centre agents to ensure excellent customer service delivery, achievement of performance targets, and adherence to company policies.
• The role involves monitoring team performance, coaching agents, resolving escalations, and driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 2 years of experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
