We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze customer surveys.
  • Manage information and financial data to analyze and measure the Organization’s performance.
  • Oversight and audit of HMO activities especially billing preparation and posting.
  • Implement new policies and directives as decided by Management.
  • Support the Medical Superintendent on clinical governance and audit.
  • Set budgets and maintained finances within tight constraints.
  • Perform all Business Development activities for the Branch.
  • Plan and implement strategic changes to improve service delivery.
  • Liaise and negotiate with medical and non-medical staff internally and with people in external organizations, e.g., Government bodies, HMOs, Media, etc.
  • Develop creative services and innovative ideas to boost sales and meet assigned branch targets.
  • Gather and analyze data and use it to plan and manage both health projects and systems.
  • Oversight of the day-to-day management of the hospital.
  • Timely submission and presentation of all daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Management.
  • Handle communications and corporate affairs for the Organization.
  • Work towards ensuring quality service and value for money for patients.
  • Work to meet all targets assigned to the branch.
  • Oversight and audit of all activities geared towards increasing revenue.
  • Market all products and services of the Branch.
  • Facility Management Oversight.
  • Sit on committees and represent the views of departments and teams.
  • Proper bookkeeping of all imprest allocated.
  • Attend top management meetings, write reports, and deliver presentations to various audiences.
  • Support ICT systems and plan new provisions and development for major projects.
  • Part of the management of the recruitment, selection, appraisal, and development of staff.
  • Oversight of clinical, professional, clerical, and administrative staff.
  • Oversight of all branch social media platforms.
