Our goal is to provide all round brand solutions to our customers. We are built on four pillars which are Brand Communication, Designs as a service, Promotional gift items and Print and Fabrication.

Job Title: Business Growth Executive

Location: Shomolu, Lagos

Job Summary

  • You will play a key role in expanding our client base, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring our services remain relevant in an ever-evolving market.
  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Executive to join our dynamic branding and advertising team.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong client relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and driving revenue through strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate effectively with clients to secure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to ensure service relevance.
  • Meet and exceed set KPIs and sales targets.
  • Analyze client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Attend industry events and networking activities to identify and engage with prospective clients.
  • Prepare compelling business proposals and contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
  • Understand the target market and align strategies to customer needs and preferences.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
  • Source and secure new clients through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and team collaboration.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies, tactics, and action plans that deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and market research abilities.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in branding/advertising is a plus).
  • Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
