Job Title: Business Development Manager (Senior Sales)
Location: Lagos

What You 'll Expected
- You will be expected to work onsite for one to twomonthsfor performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Candidates whose experience is primarily in customer service, telesales, or telemarketing without significant corporate sales responsibilities will not be considered.
- 8 – 10 years' proven experience in B2B corporate sales.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets within enterprise or corporate sales environments.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills
- Must have substantial hands-on experience in core sales functions, including:
- Negotiating and closing high-value corporate deals
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Managing and nurturing sales pipelines
Compensation
Monthly Salary: N1,000,000 – N1,500,000 (commensurate with experience, qualifications, and overall fit).
