• Must have fintech domain experience (payments, banking, crypto).
• Built systems for fintechs like Wise, PayPal, Stripe, Adyen, or Revolut.
• Familiar with compliance-sensitive environments (KYC/AML, monitoring).
• Backend development expertise with strong OOP and at least one server-side language.
• PostgreSQL expertise: query optimization, migrations, modeling.
• Solid grasp of OOP and design patterns.
• 4+ years as backend or full-stack engineer.
• Thrive in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining high-quality apps.
