Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Assistant Fish Farm Supervisor to support daily operations and improve process control on the farm.

Responsibilities

Report issues promptly (disease signs, unusual mortality, equipment faults).
Assist with daily feeding according to feeding schedules.
Support water quality checks and basic pond/tank maintenance.
Monitor fish behaviour, growth and mortality and keep simple daily records.
Ensure farm hygiene and biosecurity standards are followed.
Work with the farm owner to ensure instructions are properly implemented.
Help with harvesting, sorting and sales preparation.

Requirements

Must be honest, teachable and disciplined.
Able to follow instructions and maintain records.
Physically fit for farm work.
OND, HND or BSc Degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Animal Science, or related field — or strong hands-on experience.
Resident in or around Ijebu-Ode preferred.
Must have 1–3 years practical experience on a fish farm.
