Job Title: Admin Supervisor

Job Summary

The Admin Supervisor is responsible for managing office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring efficient administrative processes within the company.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Ensures compliance with company policies and supports management in decision-making.
Follow up with customer complaints
Coordinates staff schedules, maintains records, and ensures smooth workflow.
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the bakery.
Keeps inventory, creates job orders
Supervises procurement of ingredients, materials, and supplies.

Qualification and Experience

Strong communication and negotiation skill
BSc/HND/ND/NCE in any field with 2 - 3 years of experience in any discipline.
Good Leadership skill.

Salary
N150,000 / Month (Gross)
