Job Position: Admin and Compliance Senior Executive
Job Location: Mowe, Ogun

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management:
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the plant
- Manage office facilities, utilities, and asset maintenance
- Supervise security, housekeeping, and support staff
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff and visitors
Regulatory & Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies
- Maintain up-to-date licenses, permits, and certifications
- Liaise with government agencies and inspectors
- Monitor compliance with labour laws and company policies
Documentation & Audit:
- Maintain compliance registers and documentation
- Prepare for internal and external audits
- Ensure proper filing of statutory reports and returns
- Track non-conformities and ensure corrective actions
Vendor & Contract Management:
- Manage vendor onboarding and documentation
- Ensure vendor compliance with safety and legal requirements
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs)
HSE & Risk Compliance:
- Support implementation of HSE policies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols
- Participate in risk assessments (HIRA) and incident reporting
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in admin/compliance, preferably in agro or manufacturing
- Knowledge of the Nigerian regulatory environment

Salary
N400,000 per month.
