Our strategic interventions include advocacy on wellbeing and capacity building in line with Sustainable Development Goals. We partner and collaborate with media organisations in the 6 geopolitical zones of Nigeria to mainstream and amplify women's voices.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Programs Manager

Location: Arepo, Ogun
Employment Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities

Compliance with financial audits and donor requirements.
Design work plans, implementation timelines and activity schedules.
Team management and capacity building.
Grant/funding proposal writing and resource mobilisation.
Donor Reporting. Maintain donor/partner relationships.
Coordinate advocacy campaigns, trainings, workshops, town halls and outreach activities.
Budget Management. Management Report

Key Results Areas (KRAs)

Donor Report
Grant Proposal on call for Application. 5 monthly
Management Report.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a B.Sc / M.Sc Degree with 4 - 7 years work experience.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 per month.
