We are looking for a Website Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of website projects built on the HubSpot CMS. You will manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.
???? Here are a few of the tasks you’ll get to work on:
- Scheduling & Budgeting: Build comprehensive project plans, allocate resources with Resource Managers, and manage budgets to prevent under- or over-servicing.
- Project Administration & Tracking: Maintain documentation (Risk Logs, Change Logs, Progress Reports) and proactively monitor deliverables to keep projects on scope and contract.
- Stakeholder & Risk Management: Lead client and internal meetings, manage deadlines, resolve technical/operational roadblocks, and mitigate project risks.
- Quality & Communication: Maintain clear progress reporting, ensure timely communications, and drive continuous improvement.
????? To excel in this role, you should have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Senior-level project management experience in an agency, consultancy, or software development environment handling digital marketing and web projects.
- Formal training or proficiency in Project Management Methodologies.
- Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Teamleader, TeamGantt) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with HubSpot/CRMs, IT, or complex web builds.
