Vice President/Head of Finance

• Own the full finance function including FP&A, accounting, reporting, and cash flow across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with the CEO on capital allocation, revenue models, and the financial implications of Source's AI transformation.
• Build and maintain the financial architecture for Source's shift to a hybrid platform model.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and rolling financial planning processes.
• Oversee project-based accounting: cost-to-complete tracking, draw schedules, client billing, and project-level analysis.
• Lead M&A finance: due diligence, valuation modeling, integration planning, and earnout design.

???? Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with project-based construction accounting: draws, fraud oversight, project segmentation, and revenue recognition.
• Experience in M&A with ability to lead diligence and earnout modeling independently.
• Background in a venture-backed startup or high-growth technology company with metrics tracking and investor-grade reporting.
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-business-unit structures with consolidated reporting.
• AI-native by default: ability to design with AI, map workflows for AI intervention, and automate finance processes.
