Job Title: Strategic Information Assistant (M&E and Systems)

Job Summary

Specific Duities and Responsibilities
Actively support Data and Service Quality (DSQ) activities:

  • Assist in providing technical support on SI and evidence-based recommendations to the relevant program team and stakeholders in the supervised state.
  • Review, validate and conduct completeness, and consistency check on all data including DHIS 2 entries before upload prior submission to country office for upload to USG/CDC/PEPFAR
  • Assist with the support and use of program Monitoring and Evaluation tools across all supported state(s) with 100% availability of PMM in the supervised state.
  • Assist with supervising regular data entry into the DHIS from all implementing entities and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations, with follow-up action in place.
  • Assist with the implementation of SI field activities in the community and ensure they adhere to CIHP, GON and USG monitoring and evaluation systems.

DATIM/DHIS, NDRLite and NDARS portal on a monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual reporting cycles for the supervised state.

  • Support review of data entry into the NMRS at supervised sites for completeness and accuracy with emphasis on the CSCC across reportable

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Attend to any other duties as assigned.
  • Support daily Monitoring of NDR updates and disseminate with critical highlights.
  • Support data entry for targeted interventions on the DATIM

Qualifications and Experience

  • Ability to analyze large amount of data and interpret related information;
  • Experience with DHIS, DATIM, NDARS, NDRLite, and RADET reporting is a plus
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in data reporting position with Local or International NGOs; preferably in Care and treatment
  • University Degree Business, Social sciences, Natural Sciences, Computer science, Public Administration or any related field
  • Experience with data collection form design, data collection and entry;
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team;
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Access is required;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
