Staff Product Manager, Identity & Access Management

• Own the IAM platform roadmap across internal product teams
• Embed with Identity, Authentication, and Authorization teams
• Set vision for IAM across product suite and clients
• Prioritize platform initiatives to hit company milestones
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Product leaders to execute
• Drive cross-functional alignment and unblock key initiatives

???? Requirements

• 7+ years as a PM leading internal IAM platform services at a multi-product company
• Technical fluency; comfortable with large-scale architectural decisions with engineering
• Experience building IAM services for multi-product identities, with Authn/Authz and SSO
• Strong data skills and experience with product telemetry platforms and privacy considerations
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders; convey platform impact
• Ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders, synthesize quickly, and prioritize high-risk initiatives
