???? Requirements

• 7+ years recruiting experience (agency and in-house); 4+ yrs at growth startups.
• 4+ years full-lifecycle recruiting for R&D (prod/design/eng).
• VP+ hiring partner relationships as primary recruiting contact.
• Data-driven hiring with process quality and assessment rigor.
• Experience closing candidates, articulating pre-IPO equity, and comp packages.
• Fluency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and creative sourcing.
