• BS/BA in Computer Science preferred
• 2+ years post grad engineering in agile environment
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin, JVM based
• Experience with Postgres or relational databases
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to succeed in a startup environment
• Ability to drive a project from concept to release
• Proficiency in CI and CD
• Familiarity with iterative software development
• Experience integrating stablecoins into payments DeFi or finance apps
• Understanding liquidity management and treasury operations
• Ability to evaluate tradeoffs between decentralization, transparency and compliance
