Job Summary

• The Social Media Executive is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• The role includes content development, community management, campaign support, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create and schedule engaging content across platforms
• Manage comments, messages, and online community engagement
• Support paid social campaigns and coordinate ad creatives
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Monitor trends and recommend content improvements.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
• Basic design and content creation skills (Canva/Adobe – an advantage)
• Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills.
