Description

  • We are a growth-focused digital company that integrates marketing, automation, data systems, and technology into one unified ecosystem that drives measurable business outcomes.
  • We are seeking a results-oriented Growth & Partnerships Manager to lead structured outbound sales, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion initiatives.
  • This role is suited for a commercially driven professional who understands B2B sales within digital marketing, agency, or SaaS environments and can close mid-to-high value retainers consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads across Sports, Healthcare, Schools, and Real Estate sectors
  • Execute structured outbound sales strategies (LinkedIn, Email, Calls)
  • Build strategic partnerships and referral channels
  • Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and accurate reporting
  • Achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Book and lead discovery meetings with prospects
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations
  • Close mid-to-high value retainers (?500K – ?2M+)

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related fields
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong pipeline management and deal-closing ability.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services
  • Proven B2B sales experience (agency or SaaS preferred)

Experience Required:

  • 4 - 7 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience selling retainers or performance-driven services is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate:

  • Is commercially strategic and revenue-driven
  • Is confident leading high-level conversations with decision-makers
  • Thinks long-term about partnerships and recurring revenue growth.
  • Understands how to position value, not just price
  • Can structure outbound systems, not just rely on inbound leads

Salary
N300,000 monthly + Commission.

Commission Structure:

  • 7% of first 3 months’ revenue on retainer deals
  • 5% commission on project-based deals
  • This structure rewards consistent deal flow and long-term revenue contribution.
