Description

  • Are you passionate about sales and customer engagement? Do you enjoy helping customers find the right products while driving revenue growth?
  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, manage showroom sales activities, convert enquiries into sales, and earn additional commission through personally sourced business opportunities (not target based).
  • We are seeking a results-driven Showroom Sales Executive to join a leading building materials company specializing in premium doors, POP boards, sanitary wares, fittings, and related interior finishing products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers, delivering an exceptional showroom experience
  • Manage online enquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities
  • Gather and share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
  • Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate product deliveries
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic reports
  • Generate sales and achieve assigned targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in building materials, construction products, interior finishing solutions, or a related industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales documentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must reside in Lekki or nearby locations.
