• Collaborate with product/design/engineering to shape roadmaps.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Growth mindset and willingness to adapt.
• Strong UX research storytelling and ability to communicate.
• Understanding of activation/onboarding and metrics-driven design.
