• Educate DRIs on risk assessment and contracting process.
• Review DRI use case and prepare agreements for legal review.
• Review and negotiate commercials in supplier agreements.
• Monitor productivity and communication with DRIs using Zip.
• Engage stakeholders to translate needs into contracts.
• Manage engagements in Zip and CLM (Agiloft).

???? Requirements

• 8+ years contracting experience in procurement or legal ops.
• Ability to understand and draft commercial/legal language.
• Experience negotiating contracts with legal teams.
• Solution-oriented with contracting best practices.
• Ability to earn trust in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder role.
• Tech transactions contracting experience.
