Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Myafrimall Logistics Limited is seeking a smart, dedicated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. The role primarily involves supporting our customer service operations across the United States and Canada time zones, while also attending to other international and local customer engagements.

Although this is a remote position, the staff may occasionally be required to resume physically at the office when the need arises.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ogba / Berger, Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday
Work Mode: Remote (Hybrid – occasional onsite work when required)
Work Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (varies based on time zone)
Resumption: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about shipping rates, timelines, and company services.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
• Support customer engagement and follow-ups across the U.S. and Canada operations.
• Attend to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms.

Requirements

• A stable internet connection and a conducive work environment at home.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, email, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work evening hours and Saturdays.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive remotely.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
