Job Title: Senior Land Surveyor

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Land Surveyor to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in land surveying, strong familiarity with land administration processes in Ogun State, and the ability to lead and manage a survey team effectively.
- Proficiency in modern surveying technology, including drone operations, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all land surveying activities, including boundary, topographical, and construction surveys.
- Coordinate and manage survey teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Operate and oversee drone surveys for mapping and data collection.
- Maintain and calibrate survey equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Resolve land-related disputes and provide technical advice to management.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies on all project sites.
- Liaise with relevant government bodies, including the Ogun State Lands Bureau and other land departments, for documentation and approvals.
- Prepare, review, and validate survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions.
- Ensure proper title verification and support land acquisition processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
- 12–15 years proven experience in land surveying.
- Practical experience in drone operation and aerial surveying (certification is an added advantage).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of land laws, land documentation, and processes in Ogun State.
- Experience working with government land agencies and regulatory bodies.
- Proficiency in the use of modern surveying tools (Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, GIS software).
