• Build proprietary deal pipeline via intermediaries, outreach, and sector coverage
• Oversee post-close integration and strategic initiatives to create value

• 6–10 years in investment banking (VP), PE, or top-tier consulting with heavy M&A
• Led deals end-to-end; in-the-room vs running the room
• Track record of closed transactions; quantify contributions
• VP-level Excel modeling: 3-statement, LBO, DCF, accretion/dilution
• Structure deal economics: earnouts, rollover equity, seller financing
• Bachelor's degree; MBA strongly preferred; excellent communication
