Lending Quality Assurance Analyst

???? Description

• Perform QA reviews on Figure’s lending products (HELOCs, DSCR)
• Assist with monthly QA/QC reporting and data analysis
• Recommend underwriting changes based on QA audits
• Underwrite loan files for income, assets, credit
• Review file data integrity and identify defects
• Perform credit analysis to meet agency/investor eligibility

???? Requirements

• 5+ years of quality assurance or related experience
• Underwriting experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and QA tools
• Experience with federal and multi-state mortgage regulations is a plus
