• Manage the complete estimating process for commercial earthwork and utilities from bid to proposal.
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs using industry-standard estimating software.
• Develop project estimates and bid proposals.
• Review plans, specs, and documents to determine scope.
• Prepare and manage RFIs during the bidding process.
• Progress from onboarding to autonomous bid management.

???? Requirements

• Civil Engineering degree or relevant engineering background preferred.
• Proven experience estimating US-based commercial construction projects.
• Strong experience with commercial earthwork and utility estimation.
• Ability to independently manage the complete bidding lifecycle from takeoff to proposal.
• Experience preparing quantity takeoffs, estimates, RFIs, and bid packages.
• Strong understanding of US construction standards, terminology, and workflows.
