We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Management Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and periodically review all operational manuals, SOPs, policies, and guidelines across all Catamaran tolling projects
Prepare and submit a Monthly Quality Management Report and ad hoc Management briefings as required.
Monitor and assess compliance with approved manuals and SOPs across all project sites
Maintain a Document Register; manage version control; coordinate management sign-off; and withdraw superseded documents
Conduct periodic unannounced site inspection visits to all active toll plazas; submit formal inspection reports within five working days of each visit
Track all open Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and report progress monthly to the Manager, I&S Unit
Serve as quality reviewer for all formal company documents before submission to Management or clients
Develop audit checklists and inspection tools; identify process gaps; and recommend corrective actions
