• Own CNC process development for patient-specific dental parts from prototype to production.
• Design and validate 3-,4-,5-axis milling workflows with micron precision.
• Integrate automation (robotics, loading, inline probing, vision) for 24/7 operation.
• Optimize toolpaths, feeds, speeds for zirconia, titanium, PMMA, wax.
• Develop and document process standards: tool libraries, fixtures, SPC plans.
• Collaborate with R&D and design teams to improve manufacturability while preserving fidelity.

???? Requirements

• 8+ years in micron-level CNC machining, automation, or process development.
• Deep fluency in multi-axis milling (3-,4-,5-axis) and toolpath optimization.
• Post-processor development/troubleshooting for G-/M-code (Fanuc/Heidenhain/Siemens).
• Proven experience integrating automation or robotics into machining workflows.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, process validation, and manufacturing scalability.
• Systems-thinking across design, manufacturing, and inspection for a digital feedback loop.
• Travel - 30%.
