Factory Unskilled Workers -(Mushin)

Assist with general production activities, material handling, packaging, cleaning, and other routine factory operations to support efficient manufacturing processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials, products, and supplies.
• Assist in operating machinery and equipment as directed.
• Sort, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Move materials and finished goods within the factory.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions.
• Inspect products for obvious defects and report issues.
• Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations.
• Assist skilled workers and machine operators when required.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary school education may be preferred but is often not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
