Job Position: Portfolio Manager

Job Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)

Reports To: Chief Investment Officer

Job Description

• We are seeking a disciplined Portfolio Manager to manage and grow our alternative investment portfolios, including Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Funds.
• This onsite role in Abuja focuses on achieving optimal risk-adjusted returns through strategic asset allocation and rigorous research. Apply now to lead our alternative investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement asset allocation across sectors and instruments.
• Conduct fundamental research to identify and execute high-potential opportunities.
• Monitor portfolios against benchmarks and perform timely rebalancing.
• Adhere to risk frameworks and ethical or Shariah-aligned investment criteria.
• Present performance drivers and strategy updates to the Investment Committee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred) with 5–8 years in portfolio management or investment analysis.
• Strong investment judgment, financial analysis, and ability to work under market pressure.
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or progress toward CFA
• Other relevant investment or capital markets certifications.
