The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth, profitability, and AUM expansion.
- Oversee structured finance and alternative, ethical financing solutions.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Ensure operational excellence, process efficiency, and strong governance.
- Manage key stakeholders and lead results-driven teams.
Requirements and Qualification
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 12–15+ years in asset management, investment banking, or private credit.
- Proven track record in managing business units and deal execution.
- Deep understanding of multi-asset strategies and alternative investments.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Shariah-compliant finance is a plus.
