Description

• Because the brand is still in its early stages, we are looking for someone adaptable, proactive, and comfortable creating systems and workflows from scratch.
• We are building a new beauty brand from the ground up and looking for a highly organized PersonalAssistant to support the founder during the research, planning, and launch stages.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping founders stay organized, managing moving parts, conducting research, and building structure within a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly priorities and task tracking
• Assist with launch preparation and administrative tasks
• Organize files, folders, and project timelines
• Help build simple operating systems and workflows
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and freelancers
• Research beauty trends, packaging, competitors, and ingredients
• Support social media planning and content coordination
• Manage schedules, calendars, reminders, and follow-ups
• Organize research, ideas, supplier information, and product notes

Requirements

• Strong online research ability
• Interest in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness brands
• Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Work Schedule: Must be available during EU/UK working hours.
• Must be based in Lagos and available to work within EU/UK time zones
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience supporting founders, startups, creators, or growing businesses is an advantage
