• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years leading in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing/machining environments.
• Data analysis and strategic improvement skills.
• Track record delivering training and mentorship.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs.
