  • Support client relationships via monthly/quarterly commission reports and invoicing docs.
  • Coordinate commission invoices with Accounting for accuracy and on-time payment.
  • Maintain Salesforce records for commissions, contracts, SOWs, and preferences.
  • Facilitate internal communications, including introductions to Territory Teams during travel/PTO.
  • Ensure timely completion of client RFIs and transitions between National/Territory teams.
  • Run reporting to assist prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity follow-up.

???? Requirements

  • Experience in sales support, hospitality, events or admin coordination preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multi-priority management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • CRM experience with Salesforce preferred and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Publisher, Figma).
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools (ActiveCampaign).
