Head of Engineering

• Lead and grow an Options Engineering team of ~7 engineers
• Hands-on experience in systematic options trading (market-making, quoting)
• Own and evolve a Rust-native systematic options trading platform
• Provide technical direction across trading infra, system design, performance, reliability
• Work pragmatically through complex engineering and trading-system challenges
• Partner with traders, quants, product, risk, and infrastructure stakeholders

???? Requirements

• 7+ years in systematic trading, options market-making or low-latency trading
• Strong hands-on in Rust, C++, or C
• Willingness to become deeply proficient in Rust
• Algorithmic options trading knowledge: automated quoting, execution, pricing, risk controls
• Experience with SQL in production environments; PostgreSQL preferred
• Distributed systems and production reliability
