Job Title: Senior Admin Officer
Locations: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo, and Rivers
Job Summary
- The incumbent will oversee daily administrative operations, facility management, and logistics to support upstream and office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the facilities are well-maintained and conduct proactive maintenance
- Ensure all statutory bills- including domestic bills, utility, and other required bills are paid promptly and accurately.
- Supervise, instruct, and monitor all support staff (janitors, dispatch riders, and security).
- Ensure all emergencies are addressed within record time.
- Ensure the facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations.
- Oversee any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects.
- Require to review safety standards/procedures, designing and delivering HSE awareness programs to internal and external customers.
- Handle all correspondence from different company locations and ensure the correspondences are escalated to Management promptly.
- Frequently update the maintenance reports.
- And any other job as may be assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferably female with First degree in any discipline Not less than 10 years experience as Admin or facilities personnel.
- Between the age of 40-50 years.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
- The ability to lead and manage teams and projects. Knowledge of the market prices and good negotiation skills
- Time management skills including being able to handle a complex, varied workload.
Job Title: Operation Officer
Locations: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo, and Rivers
Job Summary
- The Operations Officers must have good knowledge of operational practices to support office and field operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for field operations through prompt procurement of needed household and catering materials and platform/flowstation food for the field operation.
- Ensure clean office environment and support office repairs and renovation
- Ensure office furniture and fittings are well maintained.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in business administration or social sciences with a minimum of Second Class Upper division.
- A minimum of ten (5) years of relevant experience in an E&P company.
- Age between 35 years to 45 years.
- Must be ready to travel at short notice for procurement of items for the field operation
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be very analytical and capable of delivering results
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to work in a multidisciplinary teams.

Job Title: SeniorLegal Officer
Locations: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo, and Rivers
Job Summary
- This position requires a seasoned and consummate Lawyer with in-depth knowledge of corporate and Oil & Gos laws.
- The ideal candidate will support the activities of the Company in Legal department and provide legal advice, interpretation as well as guidance to Senior Management and Officers regarding contracts, State and Federal laws and regulatory requirements and other business matters.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate legal and commercial documents especially contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Manage disputes and liaise with relevant external counsel in handling legal, and regulatory issues, regulatory investigations and preparing court proceedings
- Provide legal advice to company management on operation issues and other corporate matters Provide advice on mitigation of legal risks. Maintain corporate records, and ensuring compliance with company law
- Develop compliance policies and ensure company adheres to all statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements
- Review information and prepare defense for any legal action against the company and advice on prosecuting lawsuit on behalf of the company.
- Provide legal input on strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility
- Provide necessary support regarding arrangements required for Arbitration and proceedings
- Provide assistance in resolving escalated legal issues arising from operations and requiring coordination from other departments
- Maintain legal documentation within the department and ensuring proper filing and completeness.
- Follow up with relevant departments on outstanding legal documents and responses.
- Attend court proceedings and liaison with relevant law enforcement agencies
Requirements
- Minimum of LL.B, BL and LLM with a minimum of Second Class (Upper Division).
- Any higher qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant post call experience
- Age not below 40 years
- Must be versatile in corporate law, legal drafting,
- litigation and arbitration proceedings
- Excellent communication skill-writ
- Must have special skill in vetting contract and drafting international agreements.
- Must have good knowledge of Oil & Gas Laws. Honesty, commitment, hardworking and self- motivation.
- Must be proficient in the use of IT Software. Cognate experience in Oil & Gas
- Must be a team player, self-motivated and multi-task oriented.
Job Title: Accountant
Locations: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Imo, Ondo, and Rivers
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's strategic goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Analyse general ledger accounts on a defined and regular basis
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintain inventory records and adhere to specific controls on inventories
- Prepare financial statements and render relevant reports to management as well as statutory and regulatory authorities.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields (minimum of Second Class Upper)
- Professional qualifications: ACA/ACCA
- Must have post-qualification experience with a minimum of 10 years relevant cognate work, preferable in the oil and gas industry
- Experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax Matters or related work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of integrity, confidentiality and ability to contribute to team culture
- Readiness to work in any part of the country with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of ERP Packages and excellent, knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry dynamics and accounting standards will be an added advantage
- Age: Must not below 35 years old.
