Marketing Executive (Female)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth for our epoxy and polyurethane (PU) flooring solutions.
• The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing initiatives targeting the construction, industrial, commercial, and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing, social media, and promotional content.
• Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in business development activities.
• Coordinate exhibitions, product launches, and marketing events.
• Build relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, developers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.

Requirements

• Ability to build client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong digital marketing, communication, and presentation skills.
• 3 - 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction materials, building products, paints, chemicals, or industrial products.
