Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a creative, experienced, and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to strengthen its online presence, generate quality leads, and drive sales through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth initiatives.
• Generate quality leads and implement strategies to increase online sales.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, website, and other digital channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Improve website traffic, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
• Create engaging content to promote products, services, and brand awareness.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Minimum of B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications in Digital Marketing are an added advantage.

Experience:

• Demonstrated success in executing campaigns that increased brand visibility, customer engagement, or sales.
• Experience with businesses that sell consumer products or retail items is an added advantage.
• Must have provable practical experience in digital marketing.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
