Job Description

• Responsibilities include performing troubleshooting, managing network administration, providing technical support, and overseeing network security to ensure efficient and reliable service.
• The engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues and ensure smooth operations.
• This is a full-time, on-site role for a NOC Field Engineer based in Lagos. The NOC Field Engineer will actively monitor, maintain, and optimize network operations across Tizeti's infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of Network Security practices and protocols.
• Experience providing Technical Support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
• Skilled in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Proficient in Network Operations Center (NOC) tasks and principles.
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving network issues effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
