Management Trainee Program (Consumer Lending)

We are seeking smart, energetic, and result-driven candidates for the role of Management Trainee – Consumer Lending. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting customer acquisition, loan sales, relationship management, and business development activities while undergoing structured training in consumer lending operations and financial services.

This role is ideal for recent graduates and entry-level professionals looking to build a career in banking, sales, and consumer finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard prospective customers for consumer loan products.
• Promote and sell the organization’s lending products and financial solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Support loan documentation, customer verification, and application processing.
• Follow up on loan repayments and maintain healthy portfolio performance.
• Conduct market visits and sales activations to generate leads.
• Meet assigned sales and performance targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Participate in all training, mentorship, and development programs assigned by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, banking, or financial services is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong marketing and business development skills.
• Must be smart, proactive, and willing to learn.
