Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Investment & Financial Modelling Consultant to support a strategic growth and investment initiative. The role will focus on developing robust financial models, assessing investment requirements, evaluating strategic opportunities, and providing analytical insight to support executive decision-making.
• This role requires deep expertise in financial modelling, enterprise valuation, investment analysis, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategic insights.
• The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating business growth scenarios, product innovation investments, and long-term value creation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning activities through financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling
• Assess the financial impact of product innovation and strategic business initiatives
• Translate complex financial information into clear and compelling insights for decision-making
• Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and financial reports
• Support leadership in evaluating growth potential, scalability, and strategic investment priorities
• Conduct enterprise valuation and business performance analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, finance, commercial, and operations functions
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to assess strategic growth opportunities and investment scenarios
• Conduct sensitivity analysis, risk assessments, and business case evaluations
• Evaluate investment requirements, expected returns, profitability, and long-term value creation potential
• Analyse complex financial and operational datasets to generate actionable insights for leadership

Requirements

• Strong expertise in enterprise valuation, investment analysis, and financial forecasting
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
• Strong understanding of business performance analysis and value creation drivers
• Strong financial reporting and analytical capabilities
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in financial modelling, corporate finance, investment analysis, transaction advisory, or strategy consulting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Proven experience developing complex financial models for strategic decision-making
• Excellent data visualisation and presentation development skills
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, or related industries is highly required
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyse large and complex datasets with high attention to detail

• They should be comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, working closely with senior leadership, and translating financial analysis into strategic business recommendations.
