Human Capital Management Officer (Training Officer)

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Ensures continuous staff development through relevant staff training.
• Conduct reference checks with previous employers or referees across companies in the group.
• Adherence to and implementation of training plan and calendar for the year.
• Coordinating the timely issuance of new staff ID card.
• Handling of Cash suppression cases.
• Identification of new training needs for staff members and implementation of same.
• Preparation of monthly market facing transportation stipend for Bosak mfb.
• Ensure files/staff documents are properly filed following approved process.
• Carry out employee orientation, onboarding and schedule new staff for induction training.
• Use of training school facility by other institutions for training purpose at least once every month.
• Ensure reference/guarantor letters of new hires are sent one week following submission of documentation.
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Provide adequate support for BGEI recruitment activities.
• Preparation of HCM weekly and monthly report.
• Ensure all documentation of new hires across companies in the group are properly done one week following their resumption and the staff recruitment check-list form is appropriately signed.
• Ensure offer letter for new hires across the bank and companies in the group is available one week following approval to hire.

Requirements

• Preferable Male
• Experience in a micro-finance bank is an Added Advantage.
• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree.
