  • 8–10+ years in compensation or related analytics in high-growth tech.
  • Deep understanding of base pay, bonuses, and equity; ranges and market benchmarks.
  • Strong quantitative analysis and modeling; advanced Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Experience partnering with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity; tradeoffs across market, equity, performance, and budget.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, Workday, Pave, or Compa a plus.
