Job Position: Junior Architect

Job Summary

• Eudora & Aegle Management Consulting, on behalf of its client is recruiting for the position ofa Junior Architect to bridge the gap between design and execution.
• You will be the primary technical representative for the firm during construction phases, ensuring that high-level design intent is translated accurately into physical structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure work aligns with approved architectural plans.
• Document site activities, take progress photographs, and prepare weekly site reports for the Senior Architect.
• Identify discrepancies between drawings and physical construction early and propose technical solutions.
• Liaise with contractors, site foremen, and MEP consultants to clarify design queries.
• Assist in producing and refining detailed construction drawings (plans, sections, and elevations).
• Update "As-Built" drawings as the project evolves on-site.
• Assist in the selection and sourcing of finishes, fixtures, and construction materials.
• Represent the firm in site meetings and record minutes for review.
• Ensure that all site-related permits and safety protocols are being followed.
• Manage project files, ensuring the most recent versions of drawings are available to the site team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• 1–2 years of experience in designing and site management.
• Must possess professional certification(s) in the said role.
• Must be willing and ready to travel.
• Advanced skills in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion or other specialized Architectural software.
• Expert ability to interpret complex architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure precise on-site execution and proactive resolution of construction conflicts.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
