• Execute IT SOX program: ITGC/ITAC testing, deficiencies, remediation.
• Coordinate with external auditors and co-sourced resources.
• Design/implement ITGCs/ITACs with GRC; support system upgrades.
• Lead IT risk discussions; contribute to the IT risk register.
• Update leadership on IT risk; cover cloud, SaaS, and AI risks.
• Build audit programs from scratch; draft reports; present findings.

???? Requirements

• 6+ years IT audit or IT risk management
• IT SOX: ITGCs/ITACs, and Segregation of Duties
• Operational/integrated audits; work in unstructured playbooks
• PCAOB/SEC knowledge; CISA/CIA/CISM certs
• Collaborate across Internal Audit, GRC, IT, Finance, Legal
• Bonus: SaaS/tech experience; GRC tools; data analytics; cloud security
