We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Health Records Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Create, organize, and maintain patients' medical records and files.
• Retrieve and update patient information as required by healthcare professionals.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of health records.
• Manage electronic health record (EHR) systems and paper-based records.
• Register new patients and maintain patient databases.
• Process admissions, transfers, discharges, and referrals.
• Compile and prepare health statistics and reports.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data protection policies.
• Respond to requests for medical records in accordance with approved procedures.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to facilitate effective patient care.
• Archive and dispose of records according to established retention policies.

Salary
N120,000 - N250,000 / Month.
